We are now looking for a Robotics Technician in Västra Götaland, who, together with engaged colleagues, will become an important part of our fast-paced business and our ambition to change the cleaning industry and make a difference for our customers.

About the position

As a Robotics Technician, you are one of the company's important faces to the outside world and have close contact with our customers. You have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and service and repair both cleaning robots and machines on-site at the customer's location, but you also have access to our service workshops and regional office in Jönköping, where your closest colleagues work.

In addition to the practical aspects, it is about building customer relationships, performing administrative tasks such as creating documentation for invoices and managing spare parts. As a Robotics Technician, you are part of a larger service organization within the OrboTech Group with technicians from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north, who support each other through continuous meetings and a strong community. Your district is primarily Västra Götaland, but you may also need to perform service in adjacent counties and cover other areas. The position is full-time and the employment is permanent, with working hours on weekdays between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Who are we looking for?

We envision our new colleague as a social, curious, and solution-oriented person who loves to work in a structured way, but is still flexible when conditions change.

· Has a helpful personality and a strong interest in technology.

· Has previous work experience in installation, repair, and service.

· Possesses basic knowledge of electricity.

· Is computer literate and has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· Holds a valid driver's license (B).
